English in Psychology II
This course is addressed to psychology students and assistants whose everyday challenges involve dealing with the English language such as reading literature and preparing articles or presentations in English. The main goal of the course is to become more familiar with written and spoken English used in the psychological context and to be able to understand and apply this professional English. In addition to reading tasks as well as written and oral exercises in the form of short summaries and discussions, participants will be taught learning strategies designed to aid them in achieving this goal and will receive support according to their needs. The course language is English, therefore, before commencing the course, participants will be assessed by computer on their ability to participate.
Due to the variety of topics and key aspects covered, the courses "English in Psychology I" and "English in Psychology II" can be taken independent of the order.
